The organization at Kittery Point Yacht Yard is 5 star plus. Dockmaster Jason went beyond good service when we ordered a new AB dinghy from them last Spring and then again when we had a steering breakdown over Labor Day weekend in the Kittery Point area.
Jason helped us find an easy-access mooring and a technician as soon as possible. Technician William came on board and with humor and expert skills had our problem diagnosed, parts shipped in and repair accomplished within 48 hours.
These people are reliable and interested in good customer service. Thanks KPYY!!
