Same disappointing conditions exist as last year. The pier boards are in horrible condition. A lot of electrical hook-ups are non-functional. The Blue Pointe restaurant remains closed. The marina store remains under stocked, etc.,
The marina is now under new management with the hopes, beliefs & promises that Oasis Marina Mgmt is going to fix all the problems. Don’t hold your breath though because Oasis over-promises more than they produce and were ousted from our marina for failing to meet their contractual agreements. There are many more desirable marinas to frequent all over the Chesapeake Bay at a cost of $275 for two nights.
