There is a $25 per person “resort fee” to use any of the amenities you’re coming for in the first place. There is no mention of this fee anywhere before or after you book. Even in the multiple welcome emails (that also still mention Covid restrictions) you only find out about it when you arrive and try to get in the pool. It’s not an unreasonable number, it’s just very off-putting once you’re here and pot committed. Atlantis, Nassau Bahamas (because of their water park) does the same thing and it’s $75 per day for four, but it’s a mandatory purchase, built into the booking in advance.
