Pros are convenient ICW access, pretty surroundings, easy access to shopping services, new dock decking (which looks teak like), and friendly dock staff.
Cons are that the north basin where they put transients is subject to wakes from boats passing by on the ICW and their reflections off the hard basin walls. The fuel dock's pumpout is also very slow (although there is a pumpout boat that is supposedly faster). And the bathrooms&showers are pretty dingy and unkempt which is a little disappointing for bringing guests to.
