For location and ambiance, five stars! Amazing place! Lovely town(s), great restaurants, Welcoming spectators as we passed through the drawbridges.
Hospitality and facilities -not so much, for our pre-season visit. Cantankerous bridge operators. No showers, no laundry, no pump out (closest is a two hour round trip away!). No warm water in the nearby restroom. Ice wasn’t on site, but our host tracked it down for us, much appreciated.
Great place to visit, but we didn’t find basic cruising services.
