Established in 2001, the Newburyport Yacht Club is now widely recognized as one of the premier boating clubs on the Northern Massachusetts/Southern New Hampshire coast. The Club House and Marina are located on the Merrimack River, just minutes from Interstate 95 and US Route One. The Marina features sheltered, deepwater dockage, and is approximately a mile and a half upriver from one of the premier sport fishing and sailing areas in the Northeast. The Marina comprises 192 slips on three docks. In addition to the Club House, amenities include ample on site parking, a pool, and men’s and women’s restrooms with hot showers. In addition to boating, the club hosts several social events throughout the summer. The Club offers memberships for sale, transient dockage, as well as the opportunity to join on a seasonal basis with summer slips and winter land storage.
nice, clean facilities. new looking. 15 min walk to town. pretty stiff currents on the docks though.
Very clean well maintained yacht club. Staff and everyone we met on the docks was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying here
Excellent the people there are very friendly they went above and beyond to make us feel at home!
Claudia was super helpful, everyone was very friendly, easy slip to get in and out of, and beautiful sunsets!
Friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities.
Always a friendly and fun place to go. Members and staff are great.
Always an awesome experience. Members are very inviting and the dock-master and staff are great. Pool and facilities are very clean. We visit 4 or 5 nights a summer.
Everything was great. Staff responsive and helpful. Beware...strong current on both ebb and flow.
Super friendly marina! Staff was great. Dock hand and manager promptly met us at the dock when we arrived and helped tie us up and shove off when we left. Nice modern docks and good facilities. Overall a well maintained marina. A pleasant half mile walk through a nice neighborhood gets you to historic downtown Newburyport. I'll be back again soon. Thanks NYC for a great weekend even though the weather was not so good.
