Northeast Maritime Institute - College of Maritime Science is proud to continue expanding its waterfront campus through The Marina at Slocum Cove. As our programs continue to grow, so does our commitment to providing a modern, hands-on maritime education experience supported by professional, industry-driven facilities.
The marina serves first and foremost as part of the NMI campus — an active waterfront environment supporting maritime education, training, and professional development. Those who choose to keep their vessels at Slocum Cove enjoy a safe, clean, and professionally maintained marina while being part of a unique maritime community alongside professional mariners, instructors, and students.

Great place to stay all the Rowing Club members are great people
Easy parking, clean restrooms and clutter free docks
End of season leaving my wonderful slip to being on the hard at Slocum Cove’s storage area. Nice New England smaller marina in protected waters. Very pleased all around.Best fellow other marina people you could ever ask for !
Great marina! Exceptionally kept & clean. Friendly staff and community. Would love an option to stay an extra month (November).
Had a slip for the season, And I plan on returning for next year. The marina is fun all of my neighbors were so nice. They all look out for each other and always there to help out. I would highly recommend this marina for a great place to keep your boat. My only minor concern would be that the management is very concerned with rules (some important some not so much imo). If they were more concerned with you having a fun boating experience building off the community feel and being more supportive I would give an instant 5 stars.
Nice working class Marina. Bathrooms are clean. Would be nice to have a little inside lounge area. WiFi spotty at end of dock. Floating docks! People are very friendly. Would like to get a permanent slip here.
Wasn’t there much this year due to work schedule.\nWill definitely be back next year and even if the boat sits most of the summer I like it enough to keep my slip even if for the occasional stay or getaway.\nAmenities are great , maintenance has been efficient this year.\nGrills , restrooms, wash table , electric, water.\n
