MARINA YARD RULES & CONTRACT TERMS Liability & Insurance: Dockage is at the sole risk of the boat owner ("Owner"). The Marina is not responsible for theft, fire, or damage to the vessel or its contents. The owner must maintain active watercraft liability insurance. Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sunny Harbor Marina, LLC from any claim arising from use of the facilities.

Right to Terminate: Marina reserves the right to refuse service or terminate this agreement and request vessel removal due to nonpayment, disruptive behavior, or safety risks at the Marina's sole discretion.

Utilities: Marina is not responsible for power surges, low voltage, or service interruptions. Shore power cords must be marine-grade and in good condition.

No-Wake Zone: Strict 1000 RPM / No Wake policy within the marina and the Manistee channel (Active Shipping Lane).

Safety & Pets: Children under 10 must wear a life vest on docks. Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after immediately.

Quiet Hours: Respect neighbors between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

SUMMER YARD RULES NO swimming at any marina facility. All garbage must be in double plastic bags with ties. No "Home" garbage or fish entrails in marina containers. Bicycle riding, rollerblading, open fires, and grills are strictly prohibited on the docks and decks. Sleeping in vans, buses, campers, or motor homes is prohibited on marina grounds. No boat trailer storage allowed on marina property. Automatic shut-off hose nozzles are required on all dockside water hoses. Sailboats' halyards must be properly secured to eliminate clanging. Dock Boxes (2026): One per slip, must be elevated, secured, and contain no hazardous materials. Personal refrigerators and household appliances are strictly prohibited on docks or property. Facilities: Keep bathhouse doors closed. No laundry or dishes in restrooms. Pollution Prevention: No fueling or maintenance creating pollutants allowed at the dock.
