Pros:
- Wonderful Docks, truly world class suitable for any size vessel.
- Proximity to downtown
- Security, docks are protected by locked security gates.
Cons:
- Exposed to constant harbor traffic since marina is outside of no wake zones. Docks are exposed and VERY rough. Even with SeaKeeper on, boat is constantly bobbing up and down. Some guests couldn't tolerate the motion and moved into hotel rooms... Wakes diminished to negligible after about 9pm.
- There are NO amenities; Think one step up from Porta-Johns. The area outside of docks is literally unfinished gravel!
I really wanted to like this marina, unfortunately, I can't imagine that we'll return.
