Located at Mile Marker 19.1, Bayport Marina is the premier marina on the beautiful and historic St. Croix River offering a resort-like atmosphere with a protected harbor, premier amenities and a year-round Service and Canvas Department for your every need.
As a member-owned marina, we offer covered and uncovered, premium, 32′-70′ slips for purchase or lease in our protected harbor, as well as overnight transient slips for any size boat. We would love to have you join us, whether it be long term or only for the weekend!
Our Fuel Dock and “Boatique” features ValvTect treated fuels, fun seasonal apparel, a fuel discount punch card open to all boaters and all the convenience items needed to spend a day on the river. We are known as “The Marina That Thinks It’s a Resort!” for our luxurious amenities, courteous staff, manicured grounds, family-friendly community atmosphere and many boating options.

Come stay on our transient dockage where you'll get the full Bayport Marina experience! Please note that you may only make reservations for up to seven nights at a time, holiday weekends have a two night minimum, reservations are nontransferable once confirmed, and there is a $5 cancellation fee for transient reservations cancelled before 24 hours of reservation starting.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. We were traveling with another boat and both our reservations were accepted, then they received a cancellation notice. After some discussion they gave them a slip which normally is not used for transients. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean marina, nice restrooms, if a bit far from the transient docks.
They put my 46' boat in a 30' slip. They had longer slips availabe but didn't bother to look at the length of my boat on the Dockwa reservation. I wanted to pull in forward so as to launch and retrieve my dinghybut my side entrance didn't even come close to the end of the dock. I launched the dingy and backed in. I reported this and was told I could move to a longer slip. I already moved twice and didn't have time to move again without being late for a dinner reservation. They didn't do anything to make up for their mistake. This doesn't look good for Dockwa. I do better when I call a Marina and make my own reservation.

Bayport Marina is always amazing. Friendly staff throughout their organization. It doesn't matter if it's a marine mechanic, management or the wonderful people who work at the gas dock. Always a friendly face!
Our very first transient usage and couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The amenities were top notch. Very clean and welcoming environment The marina itself is fantastic. Very buffered from the River traffic made entering and exiting the marina a breeze. We loved every minute.
The gas dock personnel are really nice and easy to work with. Everyone at the marina were courteous and respectful.
The Dock staff is always amazing and helpful. Very clean & beautiful surroundings. Actually have my boat in the service department now. Mechanic came down on his time and looked it over. Needs a full tune up. Very thankful for everyone there and you can't beat the price for a transient slip.
Beautiful facilities....showers, pool. Only issue is that the power poles have 1 50amp and 1 30 amp on each side. If you need 2 30's, hope that the 30 on the side is not being used, or get a splitter for the 50. We have a splitter so it's no big deal. Bayport is one of our favorite marinas.
The staff and facilities could not have been better. The pool overlooking the St. Croix, Porch was a welcome relief on the hot days.

We docked our houseboat overnight and it was a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the pool, friendly gas attendants and easy docking. On our trip up river, this was definitely the best Marina experience we’ve had.

Larger sized marina, south of the Stillwater lift bridge, marina is just south of Bayport. If a fuel dock and transient slips could be called beautiful, these would qualify. Helpful staff, highly protected slips. Just there for a quick overnight so I did not use any of the facilities.
We had a great stay again at the Bayport Marina. The booking process was fast and convenient, the facility was clean and easy to use, and the staff was attentive and professional. We look forward to docking there again in the future.
Great marina to get away to. We came up to Bayport with several friends and stayed the weekend. Love the marina docks, pool and easy cab ride to Stillwater or walk into Bayport.

Awesome place to dock the boat. Docks look mighty fine who ever does the up keep around the marina deserves a raise definitely coming back.

The stay was great. The accommodations were fantastic, from the docks in great shape to very nice and very spacious shower house to the pool that even the transient guests can use. the staff is very friendly and professional as well. overall a very nice visit at the Bay Port Marina

Beautiful full service marina with helpful staff. The locker room was air conditioned, and the shower stalls supplied with hair and body wash. I loves the scented lotion offered too!! Highly recommend this marina!!
As always, our stay in Bayport was fantastic. The Dockwa reservation was seamless. The staff in Bayport is great and the bath house is clean as a whistle. Very nice weekend.
Great stay. Amenities are best around. Staff is super friendly. Security keeps things in check so there’s no entitled group cranking a stereo at 1am. Only criticism is they could plan the shared slips a little better. We got paired with a similar large boat making it tough to pull in and out. There were three empty slips at the time. More thought for slipping wide and narrow boats together rather than wide and wide. Regardless it didn’t really impact our stay. Still a rock star marina.
We have stay at the Marina befors and really enjoyed our stay. This time it was the worst! We werw transient slipping and were next to an group of ppl who were partying until 1am. Playing loud music, vulgar language, going to thw bathroom off the side of their boat and very disrespectful. We have our children with us. They did not even want to come out of the cabin od the boat because of the way the group was behaving.
