The staff at BLM are very proffesional and proficient while still making you feel welcome. You can tell Kyle, the Dockmaster has a real talent for the position, in what must be the busiest marina on this stretch of coast, and Dan and Randy are unsurpased support staff. This was the 3rd hurricane season we have spent at BLM, and we are very grateful for the great condition of the docks, the top notch cruiser-oriented facilities, (clean bathrooms, thrice-weekly happy hours and themed parties, free laundry, and heaps of parking) and the new yacht club! The free coffee gets the day underway, and the marina staff go out of their way to assist with any docking, fueling, or general needs. It is a gem of a private marina, and the owner, Michael Torres, has consistently added to the facilities every year we've been there. It makes BLM the perfect combination of Southern hospitality and a 5 star Marina.
