We have nicknamed Brunswick Landing as Hotel California because it is so hard to leave😁. Jokes aside, we found the marina to be very accommodating with great facilities and service and they bend over backward to build and sustain a sense of community among the regular and itinerant boaters. The owner says he is courted by the big marina corporations regularly to buy them out but he says he resists their entreaties. I do hope the family holds out and keeps the place in family hands because I doubt any corporation would ever come as close to creating the inviting atmosphere as they do and that would be a disappointing loss to the boating community. We will be sure to return there when we are next in the area.
