Pull up to our palm-lined marina and begin your dream getaway at La Siesta Resort & Villas. Ideal for small boats with shallow drafts, our marina gives you easy access to the best of Islamorada Resort Collection. All marina slips are exclusively available for booking for guests staying on property.
Thrilling Keys fishing charters and a full-service marina are nearby (and down the shore) at Three Waters Resort and Marina with everything you need, including a fueling station, water and electric hook ups, Abel’s Tackle Box and General Goods, and even more fresh island dining. All boat ramp access and boat trailer parking are reserved for resort guests with confirmed wet slip reservations. Our resorts do not launch or store jet skis.
I really had high anticipations for this stay. However, I was a bit disappointed. The first boat slip I rented, did not meet our expectations. My bow of my boat was smashed into the concrete multiple times, which will require extensive repair. The second boat slip I was put in after I complained, caused my boat to be beached. I was unable to get in or out of the boat during most of the day during my stay. Finally the biggest part of the whole ordeal was the sad condition of the boat ramp. Not only was it full of seaweed, the whole thing is in desperate need to prepare as you cannot get your boat out there safely and straight. My husband and I had to get the boat out of the water on an angle onto the trailer. Then take it to the three waters Marina, drive with hazards on up the street just to put it back in the water to straighten it out and put it back on the trailer safely. It’s only a matter of time before this place causes severe injury to a boater(s) putting it in and out of the water. I’ve left a message with the management and have yet to get a return call. Hopefully someone will read this review and take this safety concern very seriously. What bothers me most of all, it’s all preventable. If a boat slip is unsafe to be used then it should not be rented out. Period. Nor should the ramp be in service.
Too many rocks and it scraped the bottom of my boat.
The ramp is really bad. I was not able to launch my boat
I have a 16ft Hewes Redfisher with a 10 inch draft. It was nearly impossible to get launch and retrieve my boat. The launch requires improvements to keep tow vehicles from losing traction and sinking.
Horrible , very shallow . Only one hose . No Carr to carry fishing gear back to room . Would not recommend to anyone. Very pricing with no amenities
We had a great stay at La Siesta! Joe went above and beyond to help us not only get our boat in the water but also helped me drive the boat trailer while my husband docked the boat. I told him I was nervous parking the trailer. He followed me while I drove all the way to park the trailer - which calmed my nerves and helped so much! Joe was great and so attentive to our needs. He was also so kind to our daughter :) La Siesta is lucky to have him! We will definitely be back to stay again.
We arrived to the dock/marina at night time. Markers had no reflectors, one of the posts for the markers is broken in half, we could have hit that post very easily if we didn't have a radar. Everything else on the marina was fine. But that chanel need an upkeep. It's an accident waiting to happen.
