At the centrally located Burlington Community Boathouse Marina, transient boaters will find dockage, services, and a fantastic dockside restaurant, Splash. Whether you are looking for hourly dockage, moorings, or overnight dockage, the Boathouse Marina offers ample space without compromising location! Boaters will find easy and close access to local shops, grocery stores, hardware stores, excellent restaurants, and more all within walking distance of the marina.
Awesome marina always clean, restrooms, docs, well-maintained. Rob the harbormaster is awesome . always doing something great with the customers . we had a great season.
The Boathouse is on the rise! The new manager has shown that he has the ambition and dedication to making the Boathouse the destination point for Burlington's Waterfront. There have been years of stagnation and an attitude that the BH is too old. Rob has taken great pains to shine the place up and be competitive with our very 'high end' neighbors. I am optimistic about the future thanks to his leadership and skill set.
Nice facility. Marina manager Rob Peterson really takes care of business! Lots of improvements and more to come.
10/10!!! Live, laugh, love the Burlington Community Boathouse :)
Efficient and Friendly staff, venues very clean . Love the new dinghy dock when at the mooring .
The staff is very helpful and responsive. Transient moorings, while close together, work great. Splash is terrific. All in all, a first class stop when out on the Lake.
Once again the staff was amazing , always smiling, helpful, present for the boaters we had some rough wind on arrival...they were all ready to help so thanks again and see you next year
Very friendly staff. Bathrooms and showers were very very clean. Docs had a gated.Wood highly recommend it.
Harbormaster was helpful during a windy morning approach.
We were put at a 40 ft dock in front of the restaurant where we were subjected to the noise and music until they closed Additionally, we had to walk our 3 dogs by the guest dining to exit. Meanwhile, 2 of the 3 T-heads thT we normally use were vacant
We love our slip at Perkins Pier. Thanks to all the folks at the Burlington Parks, Recreation and Waterfront Dept.
The staff was/is great. However the power towers needed to be cleaned, infested with all kinds of insects. More presence on the docks during the day. Splash appears to be overtaking seating on front dock
It was ok but the amenities are a bit less then desired. The code provided in email for the only bathroom did not work ever so that was disappointing.
Twenty plus years and counting. Been great fun.
Very nice and the added locked gates made it more secure and C dock was wonderful! We heard “D” dock had some intruders so maybe put the dingy dock somewhere else?
Always the best! We’ve kept a slip as our home for our sailboat at the Boathouse since 2015. The staff are always attentive and willing to help at the dock. Having Splash as a restaurant on site and the gorgeous view of the Adirondack mountains to the west makes for unparalleled sunset views. A short walk to downtown Church Street provides great shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences. This is truly the jewel of inland New England.
Great location on Champlain central to Burlington. Good food at Splash right on the dock!
The stay was fantastic. The free Wi-Fi was disappointing. We would pay for the service if that was an option.
Very nice… great location, quality docks, good price for Burlington. One star deduction for marginal Wi-Fi.
Very nice place in the middle of the nicest city on the lake..Helpfull staff, best place to stay even if breakwater does not stop all the wake..
Great staff and location. Men's room could use a second toilet but that is a good minor issue. Even with the breakwater it can get rolly in strong winds.
Perfect place, in the middle of the town ! 🤩The staff is very helpful and pleasant. We had a nice stay.
Moorings are great no frills low cost location for a sailboat
What a great place to dock, friendly and attentive staff and easy access to services and city downtown.
Beautiful marina! Super helpful staff!
Marina is super clean. They added a locked fence for more safety.
Restaurant's rules are crazy,we were docked on side of Ethan Allen cruise ship that idles all day,so you have diesel fumes from that, we will never come here again
Great spot but no free parking and no carts. bring your own cart to carry stuff and parking is 3.00 an hour at the echo center.
The staff were very responsive and helpful. The boathouse bathrooms and showers were great. The location can't be beat as everything (restaurants, hardware, trails, dog park, brew pubs and green space) were within 0.5 miles of the boat. Our first time in VT, and it was a wonderful stop!
Staff were great and dock conditions perfect. The only problem is the Spirit of Ethan Allen commercial cruise ship. Idles a lot and diesel exhaust and noise is bothersome. I am aware this is beyond the Marinas control.
Toujours agréable à ce mouillage. Personnels très avenants
courteous and efficient employees Thanks
While the location of Perkins Pier is awesome, the slips are difficult to get in to especially if you are far in toward the pier. The day we signed up and brought the boat in, there were staff to help us, and they were very attentive. Someone directed us to the slip #43 at the dock, only that was not the correct #43! We thought that it was a great space with electric and water, the restrooms were clean and limited access to slip holders, the bar Splash, was right there. Bummer to find out we were actully in the low rent over at Perkins pier with scary homeless people hovering around the restrooms, no shower, and no electricity, etc. Such a disappointment. The docks are pretty close together making the entry and exit somewhat difficult. We did not renew for a second month but are choosing to launch from our trailer instead.
Burlinton community Boat house is a gem staff is super friendly and helpful
I made a reservation for a mooring and got a very detailed confirmation email (including our mooring number and a great map) within 1 hour. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we could not find our mooring since there are no (or confusing) numbers written on it. The marina staff told us that the moorings are assigned on first-come-first-served basis and that reservations should be done after a mooring has been taken, which contradicts the purpose of a reservation. Staff was nice and polite
A very nice stay as always at the Community boat house. Staff is friendly and helpful as always. Only little thing if I compare with the past is the way they keep the boaters bathrooms clean. There was a lack this year to be honnest and the routine does not seems to include a daily clean up and check up by a manager anymore. Besides that it was all good. Will be back for sure.
We had a great stay at Burlington Community Boathouse. We were greeted at the dock with smiling faces. They helped us in, and got us situated on our dock quickly. Everyone was a pleasure to daal with. Gave us great dinner and entertainment recommendations too. We will definitely be going back there on our next Champlain trip.
Perfect ! Courteous and kind staff. Pleasant atmosphere. I always come back !
Gréât location and very friendly staff. The management is very accommodating and helpful . BRAVO!
Best location in Burlington. Friendly staff. No fuel, but it's available next door.
Great location, convenient. The only minor inconvenience is that maximum boat length per row of mooring along breakwater is not available as we enter mooring field. I wish you would post the information on floating signs at both north and south ends of field. Keeping the easternmost row dedicated to larger boats.
Slip was perfect, staff was friendly and helpful, wonderful experience
For the location it is good. It's a bit noisy but being down town Burlington VT I should expect that. The docks are very good and secure. My girlfriend feels relatively safe there. The bathrooms could be a little cleaner and it bugs me that I have to get quarters to take a shower.
Staff is very nice and has always been available and knowledgeable.
Staff and Marina were very nice. Right downtown Burlington, VT. Beautiful area and landscape. Just a note that people should know the showers are coin operated.
Very nice marina and friendly staff. The on-site restaurant, which is not owned by the marina, is a bit overpriced but decent. It's an easy walk to hardware and groceries and many restaurants. Overall, this was a very good marina.
Burlington is one of our favourite stops. This is a wonderful City with lots of shopping and good restaurants. The Boat House is the place of choice to stay, either on a dock (make a reservation) or on a mooring ($10/day).The facilities are OK, not great.Gets very crowded. The location is very central to shops and restaurants. The City operates the marina.
Great dockhands, very friendly staff, outstanding setting, great convenience, but no country club. Gets very crowed during the season. Definitely worth a visit, but a slip reservation is recommended, especially during the 4th of July.
