A beautiful, quiet marina located close to the entrance of the Occoquan River. Belmont Bay Harbor is the closest marina to the Potomac River on the Occoquan. Situated within a break-water and no-wake zone, this marina, with its fuel dock, is only minutes from the Potomac River by boat. Positioned within a quiet, upscale residential community development and waterfront nature preserve with local amenities. Belmont Bay Harbor is a secure, gated marina with premium floating docks, decked with IPE hardwood. We offer clean restroom and shower facilities for the marina patrons. If approaching after 5 PM closing time for a reserved transient slip, please contact the Harbor Master in advance for docking instructions. Transient reservations can be made through Dockwa.com. Easy access off the Potomac. Nice facilities. Small convenience store nearby. Dog friendly. Park next to the marina. Old Town Occoquan a dinghy ride away.
Nice marina just off the Potomac in an upscale condo community, at a reasonable price. Efficient, friendly dockmaster and staff (thanks David). Well-maintained floating docks. Good security with passkey locking gates. Not many landside marina services, other than fuel, laundry and restrooms (no pool, boater's lounge, etc.) but most clients are drive-in. Really nice park just outside the docks, with monthly live music and lots of locals walking around.
Great marina. Beautiful location, easy in and easy out. Dinghy to a nice restaurant on the water. Perfect stop for our trip to Washington DC, we liked it so much we changed our plans and went back on the way out.

Harbormaster David went above and beyond for us. We needed to replace our refrigerator. He allowed us to ship it to the marina, had it at the gas dock when we arrived, and even helped us load it into our boat. In addition to our refrigerator experience, David runs a top-notch marina. Secure floating docks and nice clean restrooms and showers.
