Inexpensive and well protected. Good communication through dockwa app. Facilities are basic with outside shower. Launch service provided. Like everywhere else in New England launch will point out your mooring but otherwise stand by (i.e. not help you tie up). This seems to be market practice. Moorings looked very solid.
