Spanning two adjacent waterfront properties, our marinas provide nearly 2,500 linear feet of side‑to‑dock tie along Turners Creek. An impressive 20‑foot average depth at low tide and the ability to accommodate vessels up to 120 feet.
In 2026, we expanded with a newly developed facility at 119 Johnny Mercer Boulevard, adding modern infrastructure, and enhanced customer amenities. This new site strengthens our position as one of the region’s premier full‑service marinas, supporting large‑vessel dockage, yacht brokerage sales, and professional marine repair operations.
Our docks are floating with an upper 40 x 70 covered pavilion. Offering 30A, 50A, and 100A shore power, dockside freshwater, and dockside waste pump‑out. Diesel and gasoline are located one dock away, ensuring quick and easy refueling for transient and long‑term guests.
Onshore amenities include ships store, climate‑controlled private restrooms, deluxe showers, and an attached laundry area, all secured with keypad access. Boaters can relax at our on‑site bar and lounge, for drinks, and a comfortable atmosphere overlooking the water.
A Loopers Dream... The marina features camera monitoring, a private coded gate, and plenty of on‑site parking. A grocery store and pharmacy border the property, while hardware stores, restaurants, bars, medical facilities, auto, Post Office, UPS and additional services are all located within one mile.
We have an on-site professional yacht brokerage if you want to sell your current boat or find your next adventure.
As a full‑service marina, we provide full‑scope vessel care and repair; including electrical, refrigeration, diesel service, and absentee‑owner care. Our haul‑out railway accommodates vessels up to 80 feet, with capability to haul wide‑beam vessels up to 26 feet. This makes us a preferred destination for catamarans, commercial craft, and large yachts requiring service and maintenance.
Situated north of the traditional hurricane zone, our Turners Creek location offers a naturally protected setting favored by seasonal and long‑term boaters.
