Types of Boat Storage Available: 1. Indoor Dry Stack Boat Storage: Our indoor dry stack boat storage option provides a secure and dry environment to protect your vessel from the elements and ensure it stays pristine. 2. Boat Launching Services: We offer convenient boat launching services to make getting on the water quick and hassle-free for our customers.
3. Salt Free – Dry storage includes complimentary fresh water hull rinse and engine flush upon removal from the water 4. 6-Month Peak Season Storage – We offer a summer only storage option 5. Winter Storage: We offer winter storage options from November 1st through March 31st to keep your boat safe and secure during the colder months. 6. Wet Slips: 13 Wet slips available up to 60’ and includes power and water. 7. Boat Trailer Storage: Outdoor boat trailer storage is available to dry storage boat tenants Property Features and Amenities: 1. Air-conditioned Restrooms and Changing Areas: Our facility features air-conditioned restrooms, showers, and changing areas for members’ comfort and convenience. 5. Outside Wash/Work Racks: Use our outside wash/work racks, which have access to power and water, to keep your boat clean and well-maintained. 6. Fuel Available on Site: We sell the highest quality, cleanest fuel non-ethanol fuel available.
7. Video Surveillance Cameras: Watson Landings Marina has video surveillance cameras throughout the property to ensure your boat is safe 24/7. 8. Wet slips with power and water are also available. 9. Waterfront Tiki Bar (beer & wine) The best kept secret in town. Enjoy beautiful sunset views and catch the occasional live music on the waterfront at the Tiki Bar. 10. Member and Guest Pool Let the family enjoy a dip in the pool while you unload your gear, clean your boat or fillet your catch. Never feel rushed again! 11. Lighted fish cleaning station Convenient location to clean your catch. 12. Storage lockers available Large lockers are available in a secure location inside the dry storage. Great for storing bulky items and water toys that you don’t always want to keep on the boat and don’t want to hassle with bringing back and forth from your house. 13. Shipstore stocked with with Bagged ice, bait, tackle, snacks, drinks, and other boating items. 14. Boat Maintenance and Detailing available on site for your convenience.
