My wife and I own Grand Banks Eastbay 38. Contacted Staff at Bluewater Hampton reference raw water system concern. Technician was sent to our boat within 2 days ( They actually ask when I would be at boat. Said to call day before I would be there).
We have utilized many boatyards in Tidewater and Deltaville areas but The Bluewater tech, Daryl and his daughter/technician Mia are 2 of the most overall knowledgeable/skilled boat techs I personally have come across in over 15 years of boat ownership. A great team that gets to the point and gets the work done. They initially diagnosed the issues, recorded
(video and photo's) their findings and gave recommendations for service. Their service and attention to detail is above and beyond normal and I fully intend to call Bluewater for our future service needs. I would also like to commend the office staff at Bluewater for the quick response and support to their techs. Other yards should certainly follow the lead of this local organization in meeting ( exceeding) customers expectations.
