I recently experienced the service department at Hampton Bluewater marina. I left my boat in their care for four months and can report that they offer exceptional service. Suzanne in the office is very well organized and always accommodating. Very clear in responding to my requests for information . She did a great job keeping track of my status and keeping me up to date. Frank was the manager that coordinated work on my boat, he is exceptional. Followed up on my questions and responded well to changes. He is very knowledgeable, and gets things done! The entire crew in the service department were very accommodating and skilled.
