Difficult to contact upon arrival, slip was not accommodating for smaller vessels (mine was 27') and at low tide it was under the dock and metal ladder at my slip. While unattended, mid to low tide I assume, heavy black scrapes were made midship and near the stern on the dock side from it reaching the bottom of the dock bumpers. Very nice folks working and surely a nice stay for larger boats requiring more attention. I just needed a slip and felt like an "add on" despite paying close to $800 for 3 nights, not sure I would use again unless I brought a larger vessel and demanded more attention.
