We stay here 2-3 weeks a year and love every minute. Best marina on the island for a family. Kids run around squidding, pool, sugar shack, cafe, they have everything and the staff is awesome. The dockmaster is super, and the dock hands are among the best. Jen at the bar is our favorite person on the island! I only have one comment… Several times over the years that we’ve stayed, people have been running their genny’s. If they were out on a finger then no big deal, but it’s annoying at the crowded floating docks. We all pay a ton of money to enjoy ourselves at Champlins, and it’s worth every penny, but running a genny at a place like this?? If you don’t like the power then stay somewhere else! It shouldn’t be allowed, at least on the floating docks. But otherwise it’s always perfect!
