We paid for a slip so we would have easy electrical when we got there my electrical did not work the doc hand said that this is happening to a few other boats because the electrical posts were upgraded a few hours later we were able to get full electrical but it only lasted until the next morning and the remainder of the trip we could not get it to run so we had to rely on our engine batteries which just gave us lights and toilets I've been coming here for 4 years and so I go through DACA I don't feel the need to read the website where the manager said all this information was on the website what they should have done for their customers who pay a high dollar amount such as myself for this slip is to push a courtesy email out to them mentioning the full change in the electrical post and the potential of things not connecting I would have had other options at that point I have 282 year old parents on the boat with me so it was very frustrating I plan to call to see about resolution on the bill since I should not be paying full price when I got the same electrical that I would have if I just had a town morning very disappointed this year talking to the princess photo in front of me as well as a few other folks on the docs sounds like about 20% of the people were experiencing the same situation that is unacceptable to not have a pre-emptive email sent out to your guess before they arrived
