Had a terrible experience with Jim Hamlin. I went through an entire weeks worth of negotiating. Passed up a deal on another boat. After being very clear about the details in every aspect. When I finally drove over 2 hrs to pick up my boat. This was the text he sent me... Were at our deal of $46,237.00 +Reg +Tax 49484.16 total out the door. I have every copy of every message sent to me. Only to get there and have them waste our time and add additional monies to the deal. Nothing honorable about this company or the people running it. Stay clear of less than honest sales practices.
I would give 0 stars if I could. This marina has the longest delays and worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told they would have my boat taken care of in "a couple weeks". When I inquired about picking it up at three weeks in I was given an updated time frame. 7 missed delivery dates later and they still haven't fixed it. They have now had my boat pulled apart for 3 months and charging me $7,000 for what should have been a simple repair. There are too many marinas close by to waste your time with these people. Please take your boat somewhere else. I have had some great experiences across the river and out at the beach.
