let me start by saying I come here 6 times or more each season. normally staff and facility is top notch however this trip it was not. upon arrival i was told they would be putting me on the end of a T dock even though i had a reservation . i tied upon and counted 11 empty slips on H dock. when i asked about those slips, the two folks working quickly said “ can’t move , they’re taken.” also told they ran out of paper so no gate codes , wifi or pool passes could be issued. No paper ??? went to the pool and returned two hours later and now there was 12 empty slips. i also notice no wifi on the end of the dock so i asked to be moved. same two folks said they would call me back in awhile. i waited an hour and then finally said no wifi, no paper and no helping a customer isn’t going to be excepted. finally they tell me “take any empty slips you want “ …. still no wifi…. i get it , staffing is a challenge and it’s hard to find anyone to care about customer service , but enough ia enough …. i really like this marina and hope that they take this as constructive criticism and work this stuff out
