The location is a plus and it's not too hard to get into. The downside is the the lack of usable amenities for the price you pay. The bath house/laundry was disgusting on the men's side and the washing machines were inoperable. The women's side was somewhat better but there may be a leaking washer because there was a good bit if water on the floor by the washers. Also, there were loose cleats on the docks.
