I was extremely disappointed in my stay. No one helped at gas dock or when I docked. (I single hand so it always helps to have a dockhand). After I was docked there was no one around or in the office, I finally found someone who gave me a gate code on a scrap of paper. The docks were in mediocre condition, and leaning to the side. They were also FILTHY. Yeah, I absolutely blame the jerks who left their garbage all over, but the fact no one cleaned it up for a couple of days & seagulls were spreading it all over is on the Marina. Then there were the bathrooms. They were the most shocking thing, because they have a CLEANING STAFF for an entire hotel & casino, but the showers were FILTHY. I was there multiple days and the same garbage / hair / gunk was in the showers day after day. I expected SO MUCH MORE from the Golden Nugget. I expected ABOVE AND BEYOND service, I'd have settled for average, but instead I got virtually no "service" and the facilities were mediocre at best. I've stayed at so many other Marinas that didn't have anywhere near the resources of the Golden Nugget, yet were clean, much better maintained, and had a employee around once in a while. Next time through Atlantic City I'm going to anchor out.
