We really enjoy stopping here when we transit south for the winters and again in the spring on our way home! The last few times staying here have been disappointing. VERY EXPENSIVE dockage fees and the floating docks are not maintained and in poor condition. We had groceries delivered and there were no carts available to help get them to our boat. We were told there are only 2 carts and they keep them up by office. Also, the dockhands only work until 5pm and we knew we would arrive about 6pm so we called ahead of our arrival and we’re told to take whatever slip we wanted on E dock “there would be plenty available”. We were traveling with 2 other boats and when we arrived there were only 2 slips available . It is such a shame because this Marina could be a destination for many but it is poorly managed. We made the most of our time there but it was disappointing.
