I like the area. There's plenty to do.
The marina is large and very active. Unfortunately, the marina is understaffed. I never saw a marina worker outside of the office. There was no one to catch lines, even. Seems like that should be a minimum.
Docks are aged and not frequently maintained. I think they could do better.
