Called and messaged that we were coming in by tow at 630 pm. No one here although advertised as 24 hours. No one to give gate or washroom codes. Went into casino and given the wrong gate code. We have a dog who needed a walk and if it wasn’t for another boater on our dock we would have been trapped. Gate and washroom codes could have been messaged our sent with the information or a package for boaters to be given by casino staff. Also no wi-do at the docks.
