If you’re a gambler this place is great, situated right at the foot of a large casino and easy access to a 24/7 bus (runs every 15 minutes or so) that services all the other casinos/restaurants/activities along the boardwalk.
Now, if you’re a boater, the marina is tired at best with long walks to the bathrooms/showers which are not kept particularly clean….totally functional, (although two of four toilets weren’t working morning we were there), but not great. Marina staff were responsive on radio and helpful in docking. Docks themselves are sturdy, but dirty (bird poop, animal bones). If passing through AC I’d probably stay here again, but not as a multi-day stopover…..but then we’re not gamblers!
