booked reservation because of the 24/7 self-service fuel advertised and our late arrival. as we got close called marina to confirm fuel dock and they told me they do not have fuel and never did. while on phone i asked what my slip assignment would be because i would arrive after staff was done and was told slip number 11. after getting off phone i looked at marina map on there site and the dock piers where all letterd and no numbers showing. i called back marina and enquired again explaining to them what i just saw and he told me when i come in marina small boats are first and big ones after and the slips start at one . this is a 300 slip marins ! so to make along story short i did not find or stay in slip 11 at the marina that night. by the time i found a fuel dock and tried to find my slip and finally found a tie up for the night, i found food and hit the bed for the night.
dock ware did send me an email with a slip assignment but i did not see it till the next day as i was relying on the marina staff and did not have time to look at emails with what was going on.
