Water and electric worked great. In general everywhere you look repairs are needed. Radio and phone calls go unanswered, no slip assignment sent from dockwa so you must contact the marina. Staff on the phone at least new how to give a boater instructions to find the slip. No bath or gate codes sent by dockwa either. Live aboards while very nice may take up way more space than they should on the dock.
