Dock boards are in bad shape and rotting in some spots. Water at fish cleaning station isn't always on and in spring took a couple of months to be repaired. Bathrooms were closed for a couple of months in spring and then again in fall. Sign said for repairs, but they never look like anything was done. Electric on our dock hasn't been on in a couple of weeks. Prices for the slips keeps going up each year, but the facility is going down hill.
