If I could give Sundance Marina in Stuart a lower rating, I would. This place is an absolute nightmare. Let me tell you about my horrendous experience with them. First off, they promised to fix some issues with my boat and assured me that everything would be taken care of. But guess what? To say they did a half ass job would be giving them too much credit. To add insult to injury, I had to hire an independent mechanic to go through everything they claimed to have fixed. Surprise, surprise - most of the supposed repairs were nothing but lies. They cost me an additional $7,100 in repairs to get it in working order. And let's talk about their customer service, or lack thereof. I've made numerous calls trying to sort out this mess, but not once did I receive a call back. It's like they thrive on ignoring their customers and sweeping their incompetence under the rug. Now, I'm left fighting tooth and nail to get what is rightfully owed to me. It's an absolute disgrace. These people have no integrity, and it's evident they prioritize their bottom line over customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and heartache, and steer clear of Sundance Marina. Trust me; there are plenty of other honest and reliable marinas out there. I have no idea how these people sleep at night knowing the havoc they wreak on unsuspecting customers just to meet their "numbers." Shame on you, Sundance Marina. Shame on you.

6/29/18 I was working with Sundance Marine Jenson to purchase my second Tidewater boat from them. Salesman and I agreed upon the number for the trade in and the new boat. Then the GM Eric Peterson lowered the trade in by $15k, then tried to get me to leave my boat to brokerage for twice the amount of the trade in value! This is how they treat a return customer, pure slime.

How can they keep on ripping people off an get away with it. They change a water pump in my 2013 Mercury 90 hp. over $425.00 plus $22.00 in rags shop supply. Even charge me shipping charges of $13.00 on the impeller. I could keep on going. Hope you sleep good at night MIKE

Please Read - Review of Sundance Marina in Jensen Beach, FL - *** Just a Warning if you decide to store your boat - indoors at Sundance Marina in Jensen Beach, Fl *** THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BY FAR THE VERY WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. This is the 3rd time this year ( 2015 ) my boat was damaged by their Forklift. 1st time - Keel was scraped on the rack taken down to bare fiberglass. ( They Repaired it in 2 weeks ) 2nd time - Crushed my boat windshield on rack. ( Took - 110 Days to Repair ) !!! 3rd - Diesel Exhaust Damage by Forklift “due to no ventilation on their indoor storage building”. Never Fixed Indoor Storage Ventilation - Non Existent. Your boat will be black from diesel soot. 4th - Termites Feces in my boat due to the “Wooden Racks” having Live Termites. ( Repaired my storage rack – ( Took - 2 months ) – To Repair After Numerous Complaints. Our 2 boats we had stored there have been moved to a safe place !!!
