Homer Smith's is an ok facility, physically, and it's in a good location. However, management's attitude about cancellations and refunds is oppressive, i.e. the manager, Matt, used a 48 hour notice period as justification to charge me for a day we did not use. When it was brought to his attention that Dockwa shows a 24 hour notice period for cancellations (a term with which we had complied), he ignored the fact and charged my card $102 anyway. Suffice to say, Homer Smith's refusal to resolve the issue fairly was unpleasant and we will not stop there again. As you peruse other sites, you will see other reviews which confirm new management’s somewhat questionable business practices.
