Free (nice) loaner car, beautiful floating docks, good rates, good electric, free pumpout and very helpful and friendly folks. Really enjoyed our stay. Keep in mind that you will be sharing docks with working fishing boats. We didn't use onshore facilities (bathhouse, or free laundry).
