The staff in the Marina were friendly and helpful. The docks are aged and there are some power issues at some of the Pedestals. The wi-fi was spotty (in and out), Its location is the best for no-wakes but is isolated (ferry schedule is limited on time, expensive for an Uber to NYC, the two onsite restaurants are not open on Monday and Tuesdays).
We had a very bad experience with Service Department. What happened was an accident, it was the lack of concern and how to deal with it that was disappointing. We still have hydrochloric acid all over the engine room (weeks later) that is damaging items. We now have to find someone/somewhere that can not only neutralize and clean the acid, but also repair/replace fittings, electrical breakers, repaint stained panels and piping, etc. It could take weeks for all of this to be done = very inconvenient for the "owner's".
