Liberty Landing Marina

I’ve been going to Liberty Landing, ever since I started captaining power Yachts always had a good experience. Unfortunately, this time I was running a very old vessel with no thrusters no steering operational from the fly bridge and asked the dock master if they could put me in an easy slip to get out of in the morning, they put me in the most difficult spot in the marina I believe . we put a series of spring lines in place with good technique & experience , but certainly a lot more than I should’ve had to have done as they had an open head T head all night. That would’ve made myself and my Cruise morning a lot easier I made it very clear. I had a very handicaped vessel. I usually don’t do reviews, but this time I decided to because I thought where they put me for the night was absolutely unnecessary

Very helpful with fueling and docking. Very responsive with the reservation request. Great place to take a walk or jog after a long day of boating. Beautiful views of the city. Delicious dinner and drinks at the Maritime Parc restaurant. Great stay and would do it again!

Although a bit pricey, you absolutely cannot beat the location. The Marina is located in Liberty Park so you can walk all the way to the location to get the ferry to the statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. The marina is also located with two restaurants. The evenings were calm and the staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Facility was top notch, very calm and quiet overnight. Dock hands were wonderful. Restaurant was great. Can't beat the evening view of lower Manhattan.

Phenomenal marina! Location is great to see and visit NYC. Slips are good. Diesel available. Pump out at your slip. Greg, the Harbormaster is responsive, helpful as is the team. Being off the harbor it's calmer than several other NYC marinas. Highly recommendable.!

Great stopping place for NYC. We took the water ferry to Manhattan (runs every hour), very convenient. The staff is professional and happy to assist and the docks are in great condtion.

The staff in the Marina were friendly and helpful. The docks are aged and there are some power issues at some of the Pedestals. The wi-fi was spotty (in and out), Its location is the best for no-wakes but is isolated (ferry schedule is limited on time, expensive for an Uber to NYC, the two onsite restaurants are not open on Monday and Tuesdays). We had a very bad experience with Service Department. What happened was an accident, it was the lack of concern and how to deal with it that was disappointing. We still have hydrochloric acid all over the engine room (weeks later) that is damaging items. We now have to find someone/somewhere that can not only neutralize and clean the acid, but also repair/replace fittings, electrical breakers, repaint stained panels and piping, etc. It could take weeks for all of this to be done = very inconvenient for the "owner's".

It has been a while since we last visited. The area is quite developed with a great view of lower Manhattan. Our 60-foot boat fit perfect into their 60 foot plus slips.

We had a great stay, wish we came one day earlier because it wasn’t enough time and we loved it so much. Everyone in the office was great to deal with, everyone on the dock was super helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back this month or next month with anotherw boater so we can enjoy it again. Thanks to the team for a great experience. The Gallo Family “Reckoning”

Location, location, location! Best view of Manhattan and easy to get there by ferry. The staff was very helpful. The slip lanes are so tight! Be ready to test your bow thruster and skills. Restaurant on property- Maddy Rose was excellent and not too crazy prices.

Very convenient to Manhattan and well protected marina

We had a great stay at Liberty Landing. After we fueled up and tucked into our slip, Ivan, the ships store manager welcomed us and showed us around the facilities, all of which were top notch. Fantastic Captains lounge, laundry and shower facilities. We arrived on a Monday so the restaurant was closed, but had plenty of other options. So nice to walk the park down to the harbor with spectacular views of Manhattan and the financial district. Very protected marina free of wakes. Was a bit expensive - (like nearly everything in the NYC area) but has been a planned splurge since we started the Great Loop. The nighttime views were amazing. Entry and exiting were a breeze as long as we kept an eye on the AIS and ferry traffic.

Staff was great and the facility is awesome

The marina is great but there is one dockhand that is totally aggravating. He screams, insults and berates the boat owner/captain. I have been a USCG Captain for over 50 years and deliver 70-80 boats per year. Because of his attitule I had stopped going to LL and instead have been using One 15 in Brookline. I thought I would try LL again but had another bad experience due to one dockhand. He told my crew that I "did not know what I was doing". It is sad but his attitude totally takes the marina' reputation down.

It's hard to know where to start when writing about Liberty Landing Marina because there are just so many great things about it! The location is unbeatable - both for the convenience of a quick mid-passage stopover or a multi-day transient stay. Floating docks, easy access, and 24-hour fuel are just a few of the benefits of the marina itself. There is also a fully stocked ship's store, an excellent service department, and a Captain's Lounge with the cleanest bathroom facilities you will find anywhere! And did I mention the views? The New York City skyline, the Statue of Liberty and the Verrazano Bridge, and all of the vistas that the East River and Hudson River have to offer. Strolling through Liberty State Park is a joy, and there is a sense of safety morning, noon, and night. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention that there is no better spot to view July 4th fireworks from. But what really sets Liberty Landing Marina apart from all others is the people. From Janer (the Dockmaster) and Ivan (ship's store manager) and everyone in between, you won't find a nicer, more knowledgeable and helpful group of people anywhere! Even more impressive is the length of time that many of these people have worked there. I've been going to Liberty Landing for years and there is always a familiar face to greet me! If you ever have the opportunity to spend a few days in New York Harbor don't look to stay anywhere else -- you won't be disappointed!

Good docks. Clean and nice restrooms. Power outage in the marina while we were there with no communications to boaters. Diesel spill in the marina with no communications with boaters. The restaurants were all closed both nights. At $7 a foot we should have had a better experience.

Nous sommes resté 3 jours 3-4 et 5 Juillet. Emplacement impeccable, service parfait… Très chère $$$ pour les fêtes du 4 juillet, mais bon, nous sommes quand même très satisfait. Nous recommandons cette marina à tous !

I really like this marina. They have all the amenities, the view of the NYC skyline is awesome plus you're a short boat ride from downtown Manhattan. You get to enjoy all of the sounds and energy of the city without being in the city. Also, the ferries to the Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island are within walking distance.

Always a great view with easy access to NYC. Took a trip in the NY waterway to the Edge for a great view of NYC!!! Breathless views!

Great location, great staff. Facility is another story., Restrooms and showers disgusting, marina spread out so boats with you could be more that a quarter mile away, electric on docks was intermittent and staff could not fix. I needed to change from one electric out to another all weekend. Just walking the marina was difficult because Sail GP was there for the weekend. Docking is expensive there and should have been discounted because of all the inconveniences.

Our rating is split good and not so good somewhat because of the price for the slip. The location is amazing with an amazing view of lower Manhattan and walkway along the river. The onsite marine store was well equipped. Assistance docking was very good although initial slip assignment directions could have been better. The floating finger pier was a bit small and wobbly. The bath and shower facility were ok but not secure. Good one night stop but a bit pricey for much longer.

We just spent three nights at Liberty Landing Marina. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. That includes every person we interacted with. We had a couple of packages delivered there and that also worked flawlessly. Highly recommend and hope to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Liberty Landing. The park was beautiful, the ferry access was great. The views of the Manhattan skyline were incredible. Met with some fellow Loopers that helped us get some pictures of our boat and the Statue of Liberty. Definitely worth the stop.

Three stars. Great location. Nice staff. Great store. Great amenities except WiFi - horrible and we were right by building!?! Fairways are very narrow. Gates aren’t kept locked at night. Overall it was good but overpriced.

Wonderful wiews of NYC, easy docking in calm water. Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy access to city and surrounding area with ferry inside the marina. We will be back on our return.

The marina and staff were great but it was a disapointment that there were no on-site or nearby restaurants. So many Loopers/transients would have appreciated somewhere simple and easy to eat.

A fantastic place nested in the NY Harbor.

The people who work here are super helpful and nice. We really loved the location and the views of the city are unbeatable! The marina is just around the corner from the Staue of Liberty. Perfect location. The gift shop is quiet nice and the prices are surprisingly reasonable. Also, the fuel dock is open 24/7. Just use your cc if no one is at the fuel dock to help. This is unbeatable! Our daughter and her family met us here for a day sail. They parked the car in the parking lot while we were out for the day and it was only $7. Very reasonable. Loved our stay. Thank you all!

Great place to stop with an amazing view of Manhattan. The dock hand was there to meet us as we came in and the staff was great. Showers are like a spa!

View was great , especially at night. Thought it would be cheaper to get to NYC than it was ($50-$80 ubers) Facility clean , restaurant had a good vibe - food was good.

Dockhand was outright rude ("Dude don't know how to drive a boat"). Harbormaster was unapologetic for dockhand's comments, and argumentative. Insisted that assingning me a slip that required me to spin a 40' full keel sailboat in a 45' fairway after negotiating a "bit of an ess curve" (his words) qualified as "easy-in, easy-out" which we had specifically requested. Great location for a marina. But prohibitively expensive. And suitable only for highly maneuverable boats with bow and stern thrusters. The cherry on top was management's New York couldn't care less attitude.

I’ve stayed at liberty Landing many times over the years and it has always proven to be a good stop. Greg at the fuel dock was very helpful in a time of high fuel prices there a fuel price was the lowest I could find in the area. The docks are in good condition and the marina remains nice.

Popped over for a one night stay as we had dinner reservations at the restaurant. Marina staff is very professional and helpful. The marina is wonderfully located with excellent views of Manhattan. Great marina with a very helpful and friendly staff. The marina has very well maintained floating docks and the staff was waiting for us to help us tie up and answer any questions. The Liberty House restaurant was very good and included a fantastic view of lower Manhattan. Everyone, from the waitstaff to the owner, were very accommodating and made you feel at home. Recommend you dine here during your stay.

Great place to stay. View to NYC is fantastic. Plenty of room to walk around. They had 2 or 3 weddings the night we stayed. It was quite busy. Loved it.

If their internet worked for boats docked farther away from the Wi-Fi source, I would give them a 5 star. Showers have chilly water. Otherwise this is a well-maintained, great location with ferry to NYC right in the marina.

Liberty Landing is a wonderful Marina - Great Location, at Liberty State Park, which is a really nice, clean, State Park. Liberty Landing Ferry is right there, and has you into the City in only 15 minutes. The staff at the Marina is great, their Ship Store is like a little West Marine, and the Restroom facilities are top notch, as well as 2 outstanding Restaurants - Maritime Parc, and Liberty House. If you have bikes, I would highly recommend that you ride the State Park, AND, ride the Jersey City Riverwalk

Great marina, docks in great shape, diesel available but expensive, no visible security late at night and dock gate was always left open. However since the location of the marina is not near residential areas there probably isn’t much need for security, however this is still Jersey City, enough said. Definitely quiet and calm at night, we will be back.

Slips and staff are great. The issue is that like all marinas in the New York area they are killing the transient business by changing $7.50 a foot for a short overnight stay. Thats after I buy $1,500 in fuel. Every business needs to understand when they are killing the golden goose.

A favorite stop usually. Facility and staff all very professional. Our last visit we had an exception to past visits. Slip assignment was less than ideal. The usual spectacular views were blocked by construction crew. Adjacent boat seemed as though it were abandoned. WiFi did not work. We will return and hope this was an exception to the normal great experiences of the past.

The facilities are very clean including the bathrooms and laundry room. Store is the best stocked I’ve ever seen. Thank you to the entire team of a very well run customer focus marina.

My only regret is that we only booked one night. Looking forward to going back.

Most pleasant experience. We arrived there at the same time as countless other boats the evening before the Around Long Island Regatta . Despite the rush hour, the Dock staff was able to provide excellent docking help, the checking lady and all other staff we had contact with were extremely professional and courteous. We recently stayed at Liberty Landing for two evenings. The facility and staff are excellent. Shout out to Kyle, Kwame and Janer for providing excellent service (if I got the names incorrect, my apologies). We have a new boat and they were superb at helping us dock and depart. We got fuel at the docks there and the staff efficiently also checked us in to the marina during the process. The floating docks make getting in and out of your vessel easy and managing lines a breeze. There is a mariners private lounge with great facilities (showers, business. center, etc). The view to NY harbor is amazing and the restaurants are very good. We had a nice meal at one of the restaurants. There is effortless ferry service to Manhattan and I would also suggest going across and walking in Jersey City. We ate at Lighthouse Cafe - it was excellent as well. From the facility, you can walk/run for miles enjoying the splendor of the harbor Liberty Landing is not an inexpensive venue, but it is WELL WORTH the cost. When we return to NYC harbor, I will unhesitatingly stay there!! Won't even research other items because our experience was "as good as it gets"

Easy, pleasant, helpful staff, we’ll be back!

Outstanding, all staff are professional, friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect! Perfect location, two excellent restaurants on site, all amenities, clean well equipped showers, bathroom and laundry. Ship store is fully stocked with necessities, and if not they will get it for you! My husband had been searching for wiper replacements for two years, we have six sets that were said to surely be the right ones, and they are not, the ship store manager knew exactly hat we needed, ordered them and we had them the next day. Liberty Park amazing views of NYS skyline, Ellis and Lady Liberty, walking/running bike trails, easy access to ferries. Protected, secure floating docks. We stayed five days to fit all the things in and we will be back.

Weekday ferry to the city just steps away. PATH train shiort Uber away. Thanks again Janer, Ali and all the crew at LLM! Ps upgrade the Wi-Fi. Wifi service this season was pretty grim. Very much looking forward to our next visit!

Very nice marina with floating docks and good amenities. The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable about handling boats and docking. Margaret in the office was super helpful when we needed a document printed and notarized. They have a notary in the office and they notarized the document with no charge. The marina is also very convenient to lower Manhattan and Battery Park by water taxi or subway from NJ. Will definitely stay again.

We were thankful for a nice, snug slip after a long offshore passage from Atlantic City. The staff was friendly and helpful, facilities were nice, and you can’t beat the location. Special shout out to Josh who helped us tie up upon arrival and with pumping out / refueling the next morning. He really hustles and was very professional - thanks Josh!

Wonderful facility, great staff, helpful information about local shopping and restaurants. Marina store had cleaning supplies I was looking for, seemed well stocked. Excellent clean heads. Nearby restaurants were lovely with Liberty House better than Maritime Parc. A great stay and would return anytime I am in the area

Super protected, great floating docks, friendly and helpful dock crew and located next to an amazing park for walks ashore. I've been back numerous times and I enjoy and appreciate Liberty Landing every time.

Courteous staff and the docks weee clean and serviced. Right next to Liberty Park. Very nice walk and view the Lady Liberty.

Another great visit to a great location. Slip was good on the end of D dock, but we did have to move to allow a boat to exit safely from a slip across the fairway. Dock staff were very pleasant to work with.

The marina store is the best

Outstanding Service and a very easy location to come and go from with tremendous views of New York City and the Statue of Liberty. The team came right out and assisted with docking and then on the way out, fueled us up and had us going very quickly. We will be back for sure.

Liberty Landing Marina has excellent, experience staff at the docks and fuel pier, and neither the facilities nor the views of NYC can be beat. Our only unhappiness this trip is that, through no fault of the Marina, an off-site water main break left the entire place without water. There was no apparent effort to notify anyone of the problem, to close the unusable toilets that were used anyway, or to somehow bypass the problem. Twelve hours later water returned, but by then we were on our way again. Four stars instead of five for its less-than-satisfactory response to this problem.

Perfect place to stay for a visit to NYC.

Nice people, nice location. Ferry does not run to Manhatten on weekends/holidays. So expensive Uber required. Most annoying, only 1 gate card per boat! Very inconvenience.

We arrived after closing and it was not at all clear how to check in. Wandered around asking till was finally sent to the parking lot attendant. He couldn’t have been nicer! Used the self-service kiosk to re-fuel. It took 3 transactions to fill the tank and then there was no paper for receipts. Thankfully we took photos of the pump readings. Got to our slip and the electric outlet wouldn’t fit our plug, so we moved to use a different power source. For the price, it was a pretty lousy experience.

Wonderful location. Helpful staff. Would be nice to know on Dockwa that there are looper discounts available when booking. Did receive a refund, but took a little work.

Dockmaster Janer Vasquez gave us very clear and careful directions to our assigned slip and met us to handle our lines. Guest lounge and toilet/shower facilities are luxurious and very clean. Pump out is only $5! We took the ferry to nearby Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty. Great place and highly recommended.

Dock hands were very helpful when docking. Unfortunately, restaurants on marina location are closed Monday through Thursday except for one who opens in Wednesday. I don’t understand why you close your restaurant during the summer months when you have an full marina. Why not have winter hours and summer hours.

A fabulous place to stay. Staff are first-rate, and the service is phenomenal. If only the Ferry to Manhattan would run on weekends… but that is small potatoes, considering.

Great location, obviously, and friendly people but wow, the condition of the docks is absolutely deplorable. One would think that $7 a foot would allow Liberty Landing to make some improvements.

Everything was great, except that the docks need to be power washed. Impossible to keep your boat clean after walking on the dock.

Love this place. Highly recommend it. Used the location to receive my boat that was transported up from Florida. Boat yard staff, exceptional.

Very pleasant marina. We stayed at the North Cove IGY across the the river on Manhattan and it was terrible - every huge freighter bounced you around like a toy boat - even the 50m plus boats. But Liberty Landing is protected marina - smooth, calm, great views of the city, and only 10 more mins in an Uber to get to most of the places you'll go in Manhattan. Very nice alternative

The view of NYC was amazing! Beautiful bathroom/shower facilities. There was help on hand at the dock when we arrived. Great experience!

Very expensive. But the staff, the view and the facility in general, justifies every dollar. The staff is the best on the planet.

The Liberty Landing Marina is in best Location for staying with our Sailing Yacht safe near New York, combined with excellent service and facilities for our Crew.

Have stayed here 4 times and have had positive experiences. although this last visit, neither of their pump out boats were working. problematic to say the least.

Facilities and staff were outstanding.

We called to make a reservation. The woman that answered said use the app. So we did. We requested 50 amp power and the attendant put us in a slip with 30 amp. We asked to change and he wanted to put us in front of a work boat with a good 15’ of our boat hanging off. We went to another slip after that. Then went to the bathrooms and our key card didn’t work and had to walk to find security.

We love Liberty Landing! From the welcoming dock staff to the incredible view it’s a great cruising destination. Can’t wait to come back.

The facilities were clean, staff was helpful when needed. Regretfully, the ferry into NY was not running during our stay so the Uber fees added up. So next time we’ll check ahead on that. Highly recommend Liberty Landing Marina and the restaurants.

Had a great stay at Liberty Landing Marina. Gorgeous location, beautiful park on the harbor, easy ferries to Manhattan, Ellis Island, Liberty Island, etc. Staff helpful and courteous. Pumpout available at the dock. Showers clean and pleasant, nice boaters lounge, marine store with free coffee also sells snacks, beer, wine -- all convenient to impeccably maintained docks. Excellent restaurant right there at the marina. The view from the docks is priceless.

First class facility with beautiful views across the Hudson of lower Manhattan. Also great amenities (lounge, bathrooms, restaurants, marine store, transportation) as well as PWC rentals and, get this, a hot tub tour of the city.

This is a great place to stay to see the city of NY. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the name of the individual who assisted us in our docking. He was great. AND FEIENDLY AND KNEW EVERYTHING WE WANTED TO KNOW! Took the small commuter ferry to Manhattan and had a great stay. Could not recommend it more!

Last-minute decision to stop overnight. Very accommodating and friendly, if very expensive. Has virtually every thing you need. Location is dramatic and worth the stay.

Dock hands were very helpful during landing. Facilities ashore super clean. NB: The slips are tight. Precise maneuvering required.

Excellent service. Was directed promptly to fuel dock for fill up and then shown where the slip was. Met at the slip by a dock attendant. Bathroom/shower facilities very good. Marina store is well equipped. Was on a delivery with tight crew schedules so didn’t stay but overnight. Wish I had more time.

There were no wakes or effects of tides and currents. The view of Lower Manhattan is fantastic. The facilities (showers, laundry) are clean and well-maintained. We needed some groceries such as fruits and vegetables so we walked into Jersey City. We found the pedestrian part of Newark Avenue to be vibrant with great mom-and-pop stores and fantastic murals. We have been to NYC many times so did not go there during this stay, but access by ferry is easy.

We recently stayed at this marina and have only good things to say about it. The marina is well protected, the views of NYC are fabulous and the employees are exemplary! Specifically, we want to shout out to Ali, Sonya and Greg. They could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Great location and amenities, service lacking. If you’re looking to get to Manhattan by ferry or water taxi, keep in mind they don’t run from this marina on weekends.

What a great marina!! So well run and accommodating. And they had a demo day and I was able to try out some new gear!! We will visit often this season.

Marina is in a good spot, and in and out are straightforward, although you have to be careful of ferry boat traffic in New York. The folks are helpful and friendly (and considering it is New York, that is remarkable). The one negative was that the restaurant in the marina building was closed and the other restaurant on site had a private party. Poor planning on someone's part.

All good. Only their key cards are a pain. Easy to forget returning them early in the morning.

As always, staying at Liberty Landing Marina is a great experience. Very protected from river traffic, easy to enter and exit. The staff were very helpful. This trip, they had room for our catamaran 43 x 22.5.

Great service, easy fueling when we arrived. There were two large commercial boats tied overnight at the fuel dock but fueled before they came in. Very nice, but pricey restaurant on the waterfront with great views of NYC across the river. Overall a great stop to start our annual trip south.

Fantastic place to stay. Amazing location so close to the action of NYC Harbor, facilities are well kept, staff was friendly. I especially liked being so close to the park with great walking trails.

They wouldn't let us tie up bow in which them makes it harder for us to run shore power and then we also had people gathering and partying at our bedroom windows. Fit the money, I should have been allowed to tie up however I choose.

We went to Liberty Landing to wait out Hurricane Henri. The dockmaster and dock staff were very efficient. They have great floating docks. The ferry to Manhattan was very handy. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and we expect to return.

We had a quick stop here. The slip assignment was confused between the two men on the dock, so we prepped for a port tie, only to get in and and find it was starboard. Luckily, they are competent and we got tied up easily. This is truly a full service marina with all of the necessities - very well stocked ship store, restaurants. 24 hour fuel, pump out (although it was "full" when we were there, so check on this if you need it, thankfully, we did not), great recreational space, amazing views, etc. It was very quiet and calm, yet you are in the middle of the city. Super cool stop!

Beautiful marina with lots of slips and great amenities. Beautiful park area for getting your steps in. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location to access Manhattan by ferry (on site). Two fine dining restaurants on site are that serve dinner. Would be nice to have a casual lunch spot on site.

We had a great stay. You can’t beat the location with easy access to the Statue of Liberty and the Battery by ferry. Janer, Miguel, and the rest of the dock staff were very helpful!

Excellent all around - fantastic location, a short ferry ride from Manhattan, very nice facilities, first class restaurant, friendly and helpful staff and well managed and well stocked marine supply store. This has been the best of 18 marinas we have visited in the past 10 weeks between Norfolk, VA and NE Harbor, ME. We give it six stars and will visit again! (BTW we stayed two nights.)

Great docking experience! Dockmaster was excellent at communicating direction , informative, and pleasant! Nice facilities for showering and i excellent ship store. Also recommend dinner at the Liberty House. What a view and food we had was excellent. We will definitely go back.

This is a great resort, amazing bathrooms/showers for marina guests. There is a store onsite. The restaurants are only open Thurs-Sun. Right behind the Statue of Liberty. Onsite deck hands were awesome and friendly. Gas onsite. Beautiful park right there overlooking NYC. We went on a Mon/Tues and no other boats around us during day at Statue. Great trip!

The stay was excellent … The Dock master Ali was extremely friendly and helpful ! He made sure we had everything that we needed for the boat during our stay…. Also the Boat store was excellent !! The employee Greg was super helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had the correct parts for the boat ! The showers were clean and comfortable ! As was the Captains Lounge! The two reasons that I’m not giving them five stars is because the on site restaurants had funny hours … However the quality of the food was very good .. My second complaint is that the WiFi was not very good at all!! We ended using a hot spot in the boat instead….. Besides that the staff and employees were excellent , the views were amazing and I will definitely be returning! Thank you !

Dockmaster was rushed when I arrived so I didn’t get all the information the first time through. They’re all very pleasant they did have a dock and meet us to help us tie up but no one available when we departed.

I would give this marina zero stars if I could. This is my second season storing my boat here and will be my last. I chose this marina based on it's promise of "full service", yet they are so short staffed that the most basic functions I rely on are impossible. The service center doesn't respond to any phone calls/emails.... will halfway start a project then never actually finish it completely to the point you have to keep begging for updates and tracking things they cant seem to keep track of. The pump out boat that is supposed to offer a subscription service never actually comes around to pump-out your boat bc there is either no one to staff it, or it's broken (Getting a pump-out this season has been impossible). The marina wifi doesnt function. When trying to discuss any issues or concerns with management, no one returns your calls- it is clear they just simply do not care. Do yourself the favor and avoid the headache of dealing with this marina.

Clean, convenient, with a wonderful staff! Views are awesome, especially at night! Sorry that the two on site restaurants were open on only a limited basis. They appeared to be very nice. We wholeheartedly recommend this marina if you want a real treat!

The location and the setting could not be better. Like having a front row seat without having the hustle and bustle.

This is one of the best marinas we have stayed at on the Loop. Ivan is so knowledgeable and helpful. He sourced a new chart plotter for us and arranged installation. Andrew and his team are cheerful pros, great at making us feel welcome. Ed and Pete installed a new auto pilot and chart plotter and were a pleasure to work with. Chuck fixed the bow thruster with speed and accuracy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. Scott and Teresa Green Eyes

Great location and staff! We appreciated being able to access both Jersey City, which surprised us with its cool factor, and Manhattan, by way of the ultra convenient & cheap Liberty Landing Ferry. The marina has nice floating docks, a superior fuel dock, well stocked ship’s store and comforting security. The area is adjacent to Liberty Landing State Park for a lovely walk and photo op for Big Apple views & Statue of Liberty. The only disappointment lies in the statement that there are 2 restaurants in site. True, but not open 😟

Very helpful staff with fueling and docking!! Nice facilities with exceptionally nice shower room. We were there on a Saturday and the ferry to NYC does not run on Saturday. Tried for 20 minutes to get an Uber or Lyft. Ended up walking to the PATH station. 45 mins and taking the subway to World Trade Center. I would love to see a water taxi service across or a shuttle to the PATH center.

The marina itself was fine, there is a major problem that tarnished the experience. It took a while to have someone make up our keycards for restroom access, no big deal. We had dinner and went to shower and found out the bathrooms close at 5pm. As we had to depart early the next day we were unable to use the facilities at all. Their website clearly states bath facilities are open 24/7 with a card and this is one of the reasons we chose this place. Not informing us of this at any time during our interactions with any staff is completely unacceptable

I’ve overnighted at LLM on my passages to ACK from Annapolis over four years. Every time we love this marina. After a long day on the water, we love walking along the waterfront in Liberty Park. Two restaurants at the Park are terrific. The marina store is very well supplied. The docks are clean and well maintained. The marina staff is very professional.

Great location although a bit pricey. Good amenities (boat store, showers, fuel and Pumpout) although restaurant is not open all days due to COVID.

Great location, very helpful marina staff and dockmaster was wonderful. Only reason for not 5 stars is the power is terrible. Everytime we and friends have stayed always issues with breakers tripping as soon as you try to run AC and hot water. We wound up using our generator much of the time.

We always enjoy liberty landing. Only disappointment was that liberty House restaurant was not open:(

Fantastic place. Absolutely stunning view over Manhattan. Super calm water. Very well sorted store. Highly recommended as a destination for a cruise in NE. Hint. Time it and go through Harlem river to get there. The most tranquil place on Manhattan.

when we arrived we were told that that bathrooms/showers were closed and when when pressed that we took a slip with the expectation to access to bathrooms and showers we were told to go to the "west" building that at least a 1/4 of a mile walk each way. Also, we found no places to put our trash and you were limited to to the hours of the dockmaster 's hours to purchase ice. We were also not clearly told where our slip space was and if wanted anything from a store in Jersey City, it was at least a half an hour walk, not worth the expense. Also, security is a joke, the door to our dock was tied open with a rope. It like is doesn't have a manger that gives a craps of how the business is being run, blaming everything on Covad. It not Covad, it's bad management.

Everyone was very helpful and really nice. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

No food due to covid. Fuel expensive at $3/gallon diesel. Very long walk to bathroom/showers (no lie -1/2 mile). And price is high at 6.25/ft Inc power. On the positive side the dock master George was awesome.
