Easy in and out and great view of Manhattan. A few negatives though. By his own admission the "dock master" isn't a boater. Even told our length and draft he put us in a slip that had us on the bottom at departure time. Had to motir off fairly strongly. Very annoying issue with their phone app gate access meant I had to hike back to the fuel dock in the hot sun 4 times before I got it sorted. Each time the dock master assured me it was now fixed. Finally a manager walked back with me and the dock master had been giving me wrong instructions from the beginning! Not a great way to start. Good location though.
