Nashville Shores Marina

The power outlet for my slip hasn't worked in over a year. Pier 5 is dilapidated and dangerous to walk on, especially at night, and right in front of my boat. I have actually fallen through the dock before when the concrete tiles flipped when I stepped on it. With serious injuries to both knees. I'm not the sueing type. I just want a safe pier. With power for my boat. Last summer I went months without available power for my boat. And of course we haven't had water all winter. But still pay full price. I can't afford the new pier 4 where I was before the replacement. So I'm stuck where I am. I do still love being at my boat. I just think I deserve the same services I had from day one for the full price I pay. Power, water and a safe pier. I'm glad the gate now locks, for the first time in years. Though it would have been nice to have been notified when it was done and given the code. I had to call a neighbor when I found it there the first time. I'm looking forward to actually getting communication from the marina. I have never been notified when the power was out... Ever. I can't count the number of times I have lost everything In my refrigerator due to power outages I was never notified of.. I do love being at Nashville Shores and have no desire to leave. I hope this starts a new future of good communication and better maintenance.
