Welcome to beautiful Edgartown Harbor! The Edgartown harbor is one of the busiest harbor's in the United States, home to some of the world’s most beautiful yachts and sailboats. The Harborside Inn Docks have private docks which are available for lunch and overnight transient reservations and available to hotel guests and seasonal slip holders.
Dockmaster's Office: During peak season we are on duty from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm. 508-627-4321 ext. 117. VHF Channel 10.
Please Be Advised: All reservations must be made through Dockwa. Please confirm your reservation 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival and hail us on Channel 10 when entering the harbor. We DO NOT OFFER SHORE POWER, however the use of generators is allowed until 10:00 pm. We can accommodate most yachts up to 120'. We have 585' of fixed dock for visiting boats and eighteen seasonal slips for boats from 17' to 40'.
Check-in: - 11:00 am for lunch / day trip reservations - 3:00 pm for overnight/transient reservations
Check-out: - 3:00 pm for lunch / day trip reservations - 11:00 am for overnight/transient reservations
Dinner slips are available on a limited basis and only with prior permission of the Dockmaster. Arriving without a reservation is discouraged.
Lunch/Day Trip Rates: - Up to 30' feet ... $95 - 31 to 40' feet ... $175 - 41 to 50' feet ... $235 - 51' to 60' feet ... $315 - 61'+ feet ... $415
Overnight/Transient Rates: - Up to 26' feet ... $375 - 27' to 79' feet ... $15 per foot - 80' to 130' feet ... $16 per foot
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside 15 days prior to the day of arrival will receive a refund less the cost of the first night’s reservation. Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival are non-refundable. All reservations must be paid in full at time of booking slip/dock reservation.
Pump-Out Service: The pump out boat is run by the Edgartown Harbormaster's Office. To request service hail "pump-out boat" on VHF Channel 74 or call (508) 627-4746.
North Wharf Fuel Dock: - Daily hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, no appointment necessary. however if you wish to request an appointment call (508) 627-5050. The fuel dock is located at North Wharf. The dock is just before the blue travel lift, starboard side as you enter the harbor, before the Chappaquiddick Ferry crossing. They fly a yellow Shell flag.
Anchorage: The Outer Harbor anchorage area of Edgartown Harbor is located across the channel from the Lighthouse along the Chappaquiddick shoreline. It is serviced by Old Port Launch, VHF Channel 68. If you wish to anchor at any point you must be out of the channel and swim zones. Outer Harbor anchorage is free and patrolled by the Edgartown Harbormaster's Office. Anchorage in Katama Bay and the Inner Harbor is prohibited.

I am going to be honest and share what we experienced! The Marina is absolutely amazing. The location couldn't be any better! We had a fantastic time and greatly appreciated everything in Nantucket. While out Yacht was there, it was damaged by the storm that came through. Not blaming the staff, however I specifically mentioned we were leaving, and another Captain would be coming in four days. After the storm, the employee said if we knew it was unattended we would have done more to assist. Lesson learned....... Great Marina, however make your intentions known!

It was very nice. We were welcomed dockside by a very nice gentleman that helped us tie up. Nice spot. The one complaint I have is that we paid peak season pricing on October 21st (a Monday). There was only one other boat docked there. I would think there would have at least been off season rates available. Just my two cents

We loved the Harborside Inn amenities and ambiance, very family oriented and casual. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The docks are not too crowded so the fact that there is only one shower is not a problem. Pool is fantastic! The one complaint I would have that for this amount of money, there should be electricity available on the docks. We had to rent a generator.
Location could not be better. Staff is a 10! Facility is awesome with use of pool and facilities. That being said-$15/ft with no power was a little surprise.

I just can't say enough about how great my stay was at Harborside. The location was awesome. Just steps away from downtown Edgartown. You step off the dock and you are right there in the middle of everything. You couldn't ask for more. The dockstaff at Harborside is outstanding. Ed, the Dockmaster, in particular was awesome. My only criticism (albeit minor) was that they do not offer electric service, and their WIFI signal was weak. Note that you can use your generator at the dock, and so the lack of electric service was a minor inconvenience. Overall I cannot say enough about how great this place is. I strongly recommend Harborside to others. Remember to reserve your dockspace as early in the season as possible. As you can expect, it fills up fast.

Ed is an exceptional and kind individual. Made sure to keep our hull safe with extra horizontal fenders between our boat and pilings at the dock. And very knowledgeable about the history of the area and restaurants. Great man.
It's a great spot and high quality dock space if you can get in. They are usually filled up and sold out, but we got lucky on a beautiful Saturday in September. The location can't be beat, conveniently walk to everything in Edgartown.

Many problems- 1) incredibly overpriced -my 28' sailboat was 375$/night 2)arrogant, capricious, mendacious, entitled, unprofessional, and condescending dock master - he exists in this little kingdom simply because he can. He canceled my reservation, made weeks in avance, simply because he took a dislike to me, leaving me with no backup. Dock space is at such a premium in Edgartown that dock masters are allowed to behave like this. Recommendation: Do NOT use. AVOID at all cost. Repeat: AVOID at all cost. Use the Harbormaster, whose staff are polite, gentlemanly/ladylike, professional and accommodating.

Perfect location in Edgartown. Hotel was very accommodating and perfect for my family 5. Took every precaution for C19. Dock staff very helpful and courteous. Only draw back, no power but no a deal breaker! Will be booking again for next summer!

The Harborside dock is the best place to be on the entire island of Martha's Vineyard. Conveniently located in downtown Edgartown right on the harborfront. Team of Ed and Nick were terrific the week we were there over the 4th of July. Always helpful when you needed them. A big upside is you can use the Harborside pool when you dock there. Great people...great spot.
Location, location, location! No better or closer spot to access downtown Edgartown’s restaurants and shops. And bonus, dock staff are professionals.

Great location. Nice dock. They don’t advertise that there is no dockside power so everyone is on generators. A large yacht next to us had a loud generator running and exhausting right next to our cabin all night.
The tiny marina is in the best of edgartown location. The docking help were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately theres little info that tells you there is NO ELECTRICITY (even when you request it as part of reservation form). We needed to run the generators for several days. I will say the manager, dockmaster was very understanding and addressed our issue in a compromising way. Thank you.

The hotel facility is very good. However the Marina does not provide dockside power not showers for boats staying at the dock. None of this information was on their website. I would appreciate the consideration of a discount based on the lack of Dockage facilities.
Dockmaster was helpful in assisting us navigating to dock. East tie up. Since we stayed overnight we had use of the outdoor swimming pool. No electric hookup, only water at dock.
