Thunderball Villas is a brand new dock located in beautiful Staniel Cay, Exuma. Two 50 amp connections are available on a first come first serve basis. Additional power will be deployed soon. Property has stairs up to the main road. Yacht Club is about a 10 minute walk.

The docks are new, high but good. The location isn’t finished. It’s a bit of a climb on rocks to get up to a road. But there is water and power. The current is always moving so a rough night but our generator stoped working and we were delighted to have this option. The walk to staniel yacht club is treacherous but worth it. You could also take a dinghy down, the dinghy beach is good but no real dinghy docks there. Just rocks. You could throw your anchor in the racks to keep your dinghy tied.
