Oak Harbor Marina, is clean has friendly, helpful staff and provides a lot of nice amenities to overnight guests such as picnic tables and BBQs right near the boat, a potty patch right on the dock for dog owner. It was very windy heading in and (at our request) two staff met us on the dock and help get us safely into our slip. Oak Harbor, the town, is clean and has good shopping but is about a half mile walk.
