Very helpful, friendly and courteous staff. The hotel is beautiful and the hotel amenities are very nice but crowded. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because bathrooms and showers are quite a distance and are used by hotel guests. It was very crowded and there were only 2 showers and toilets. We couldn’t get reservations for dinner so call ahead if you are planning dinner. Also a heads up when coming into the channel. Lots of debris - we saw logs and ldead fish.
