It is a beautiful marina with wonderful facilities. Unfortunately my experience was not all that good. My boat, 44ft Beneteau Swift trawler, requires a starboard tie up due to positioning of the gangway. When we arrived because a larger boat was coming in later we were offered either a portside tie up or tie up in such a way that we had no access to power. We chose to have no access to power and had to run the generator at night. It took approximately 2 hours following arrival to receive the key cards necessary to access the doc and the resort. When I arrived I had a full holding tank and was told that the pump out on the dock was broken. Later on in the afternoon they said that was a mistake and actually the pump out was working and did I want to bring my boat around. I was already docked and had no desire to redo everything. We ordered takeout food from Salt, the restaurant there and waited 2 hrs. The morning I left I had to get an early start at 7:00 a.m. nobody answered my hails on the VHF radio or answered the telephone so left the dock on my own. I'm short, wonderful location and facilities but they need to improve their services for regular boaters like me who don't have mega yachts, or maybe they don't want us anymore.
