1. We requested a port side tie up, not granted
2. Service at pool area and outside area above pool had the worst service
3. Food was excellent
4. Staff was excellent, when seen
5. Hotel staff when entering for restaurants was welcoming and very helpful
6. Vincent is a BIG ASSET to your establishment
7. BBQ's need to be made sure that they are in working order not just 1/2 of it
I would definitely revisit your marina, but if you cannot accommodate my needs, then let me know from the beginning and do not accept my request.
