About
Saxon Harbor Campground & Marina is a 81-slip facility situated on hundreds of miles of forest grounds at the gateway to Lake Superior. The marina has been undergoing reconstruction since a torrential rainstorm took it out in July 2016, and area boaters and marina staff alike are excited to see it reopen in August 2019 with new docks, bath houses, and fuel dock.
The area offers fishing, camping, sailing, hiking, kayaking, swimming, agate hunting and ATVing, and nightlife at the nearby Harbor Lights Bar & Restaurant and Driftwood Bar & Campground.
