Great location and accessibility. Beautiful grounds and great staff. Fillipe and the young lady with him were pleasant. The young lady was not prepared to help during the docking in terms of managing the lines tossed to her and securing them. In addition, we were placed on a T wherein the boat in front of us had to be moved by staff to barely accomodate our vessel. The boat's owner was PO'd when he returned and he re-tied his boat. Location and facility=5, competent dock staff=3, total=4. The good news is both the above issues can be easily fixed by investing in staff training...this is a management issue. We will be back.
