My brand new pontoon got hit twice this year. Smashed rear corner, and a deep groove on the motor. No one cared to take any responsibility.. You should have to have proof of insurance to be in a slip. Having $65k boat next to old dented junkers, that aren’t worth insuring. People are not going to claim anything having to pay out of pocket..
Bisman slips were maintained and managed as hoped and expected.
Our overall stay was pretty good. Theft seemed down this year.
We always feel like our pontoon is in a safe place in its location and the docks are always accessible
The year was better than last year. Only had my boat broken into once instead of 4 times like the year before. Sure hope they can improve the security at the Marina in the future.
2023 was a good year and I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire marina experience.
Chris D has been amazing taking care of the docks and bathrooms, etc all summer long. Thanks goes out to him.
We had no problems and the people around us were great also.
We love having our boat on the water the entire season. We would like a better spot being our new boat is bigger.
railing from parking lot to pontoons was broke and very dangerous for little children walking down the ramp. Parking is always all over the place, maybe do something in lot to get better organized parking Security cameras would also help
We enjoy having portapotties in the parking lot. The slip we had was nice and big so parking our boat was easy.
Best marina in town. Beautiful location, deep water, short distance to main channel, gas and restaurant on sight, power, water and lighting.
Thank you for making it easy for us to have a great summer on the river.
Out pontoon was punctured while being put in this spring. It took on water and moritz removed it and repaired it for us and luckily didn’t charge us for their mistake 😡. We also had our Maui mat stolen off of our boat and there are no security cameras to prevent theft.
The docks held up pretty well all summer with no major issues. The outlet that was dredged made it much easier to get in and out during the summer and also was still usable when the water dropped. Only negatives are the trash receptacles are placed to far to the South for people on the North end. Marina could use some weed control when the get overwhelming.
